PRES. BOAKAI MAKES ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS IN GOVERNMENT

MONROVIA – The President of the Republic of Liberia has put forth several nominations for key government positions, which are currently pending Senate confirmation.

The nominees include Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti for the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. J. Alexander Neatah for Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Amin Modad for Minister of Commerce & Industry, Dr. Jarso Jallah Saygbe for Minister of Education, Dr. Louise Kpoto for Minister of Health, Mr. Dorbor Jallah for Commissioner General of the Liberia Revenue Authority, and Mr. Abraham Kromah for Director of the Drug Enforcement Agency.

This announcement was made via a press release issued by Charles A. Snetter from the Office of the President on January 24, 2024.

These appointments reflect the President’s choices for individuals who will hold crucial roles within the Liberian government pending the completion of the confirmation process.
