The Movement For Better Liberia, established in 2020, seeks to improve the welfare of the people through a robust and sensible approach. The movement has engaged the Anti-Corruption Commission with professionalism and an uncompromising spirit, focusing on establishing an independent judiciary branch, an independent election commission, an independent central bank, and enhancing the national health and education sectors.
“The youth unequivocally condemn the government’s approach to conducting autopsies, emphasizing that a democratic government has a constitutional obligation to provide accurate information to its citizens, especially regarding mysterious deaths,” press statement indicated.
The recent autopsy report on Princess Cooper was characterized by discrepancies and anomalies. The government is urged to uphold the social contract with its people in the spirit of good governance.
