MONROVIA – The Liberia National Police (LNP) has formally forwarded Daniel T. Saah, Darius Biah, and Massiamy Fofana to court to face charges of Criminal Facilitation, Criminal Conspiracy, and Theft of Property, the force confirmed in a statement released Friday, October 24, 2025.
According to the LNP, the suspects allegedly defrauded victim Hawa P. Saah of $1,500 USD in June 2025, in the LPRC community, Gardnersville. The fraud reportedly involved promises of arranging travel to Canada. Instead of fulfilling these promises, the suspects enrolled Ms. Saah in training sessions at their Q-NET office and introduced her to Q-Net Marketing, raising questions about the legitimacy of their operations.
The police further noted that another suspect, identified only as Cecelia, remains at large and has been charged in absentia in connection with the case. Authorities are actively seeking her apprehension to face the same charges as the other suspects.
The LNP stressed its commitment to ensuring that individuals engaged in fraudulent schemes are held accountable under Liberian law. Investigators have called on members of the public to report any related information that could assist in the apprehension of other individuals involved.
The case is now in the hands of the judiciary as the suspects await further court proceedings, with prosecutors expected to present evidence of the alleged conspiracy and financial deception.
