APOSTOLIC PENTECOSTAL CHURCH HOLDS 17TH GENERAL CONFERENCE BEGINNING FEBRUARY 16

BREWERVILLE, MONTSERRADO COUNTY – The Apostolic Pentecostal Church International will hold her 17th General Biennial Conference with the New Water-in-the-Desert Assembly in Brewerville, Montserrado County. The conference which will run from Monday, February 16 thru Sunday, February 22, 2026, will bring together delegates from across the country and beyond under the Theme: “LAUNCH OUT INTO THE DEEP!” with Scripture Text from the book of St. Luke Chapter 5 verse 4.

The general conference will commence with a training session for about 75 local church members who have contributed immensely to the spiritual and physical growth and development of their local churches in the past two years. They will be provided skills on how to partner with their local churches leaderships on how to strengthen prayer, evangelism and fellowship in their local churches. Dr. Jeff Wubbenhorst, the Teaching Coordinator of King’s Park Church based in Durham, North Carolina will lead the training sessions under the theme: “Equipping the Saints” with text from Ephesians 4:11-13

The conference will formally open on Tuesday, February 17 with a parade through the principal street of Brewerville followed by an indoor ceremony which will be addressed by the Bishop of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church and the Former USAID Deputy Assistant Administrator in the Bureau of Global Health, Dr. Monique C. Wubbenhorst who is also a Minister of Gospel in the United States of America. She will help the church in strategizing on how to launch into the deep through its preaching, teaching, healing and development ministries

This year’s conference will also focus on key actions including prayer and a review of the evangelism, education, health and development initiatives of the church in addition to the ordaining of pastors, business and departmental sessions, evangelistic services held in the evening hours, and a session to strengthen the apostolic way of life in the country and beyond.

The conference which will be climaxed on Sunday, February 22 with a thanksgiving and honoring service, will bring together more than five hundred registered delegates from the church community.
