A Mission of Educational Transformation

During the 7th Graduation Exercises of Paynesville Central Academy Annex 2 on October 19, 2025, Bishop Kwanue awarded 52 graduates full tuition scholarships to pursue degrees at RKUC, declaring:

“You will not be left to push wheelbarrows after graduation. Your parents have suffered enough for your education, and I am here to push you forward.”

This initiative forms part of RKUC’s 1,000 Tuition Waiver Program, a national scholarship campaign providing tuition-free higher education to students completing secondary school.

Rancelia High School: Class of Grace

At Rancelia High School, Bishop Kwanue personally addressed the Class of Grace (2024–2025) and announced:

“As Founder and President of Rudolph Kwanue University College, I proudly announce that all 66 graduates of Rancelia High School will be admitted to RKUC with full tuition waived. This scholarship will cover over $70,000 USD in tuition that other students are paying. Your only responsibility is to pay the registration fee each semester — tuition is fully covered.”

He emphasized the importance of education, family, and community, encouraging graduates to avoid smoking, drinking, and bad company, and to think critically in all decisions.

“This is not charity — this is family support. Rancelia and RKUC are joined by friendship, vision, and a shared commitment to the future of our children.”

Expanding Hope Across Schools

Bishop Kwanue has extended scholarships to hundreds of students across Liberia. These include 66 students from Rancelia Christian School System in Johnsonville, 282 students from Patmelia High School in Paynesville, 52 students from Paynesville Central Academy Annex 2, 150 students from Nimba Kwado Inc. in Nimba County, 190 students from Upstairs Christian Academy in Johnsonville (pending November 26), and 65 students from Oteven Foundation Institute in Lower Johnsonville (pending November 29).

Total Scholarships Nationwide: 1,000

Estimated Total Tuition Value: $860,000 USD

Partnerships & MOU Signing

On October 22, 2025, RKUC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Nimba Kwado National Leadership Team, guaranteeing 150 full scholarships for Nimba County students.

“As a son of Nimba, I cannot forget where I came from. This is my way of giving back to the land that raised me,” said Bishop Kwanue.

A Message of Hope

Bishop Kwanue urged graduates to pursue excellence and integrity:

“Do not graduate into the streets. Take this opportunity and continue your education. Let your story be louder than your certificate, and your purpose greater than your pain. As long as you exist — you are victorious.”

He reminded parents, teachers, and government leaders that investing in education is investing in Liberia’s future.
