In order to expose this criminal enterprise, I agreed to work with IJG and became an insider witness at GJRP in order to fully expose the scheme.

So, I worked inside GJRP and learned of the coaching witness scheme where Bility, Werner and others would recruit and coach witnesses to provide false statements and false testimony to global authorities.  Specifically, I was coached by Bility to give false statements and false testimony about Agnes Reeves.

To fully expose this operation I agreed to meet with the British Metropolitan Police, War Crimes Unit in Accra, Ghana along with others who had been coached to lie about Agnes Reeves and her involvement in committing war crimes.  After being coached by Bility to provide false statements against Reeves, he brought me a passport and paid for my travelling and lodging in Accra, Ghana.

In return for my false testimony, Bility promised me that my family and I would be relocated to the United Kingdom and placed in the witness protection program for the rest of my life.  I traveled to Accra with Fayah Williams and others where we were introduced to Detective Gary Titherly, London Metropolitan Police, War Crimes Unit.  During the meeting I was interviewed by Titherly and another Metropolitan Police wherein I provided false statement accusing Reeves of crimes she never committed as coached by Bility and agreed upon.
