MONROVIA – Smart News Liberia has gathered that the Managing Director of the National Housing Authority (NHA) Madam Celia Cuffy Brown has allegedly appointed her boyfriend Emmanuel Tobey as a consultant at the NHA.
Mr. Tobey, otherwise referred to as ‘Tango’ runs a print house called “2-Tango Inc.” on Clay Street adjacent to the Press Union of Liberia (PUL).
It has been gathered that Madam Cuffy-Brown allegedly awards every printing contract from the NHA to her boyfriend’s printing company. Details to follow…
