PRES. WEAH TO HOLD MEETINGS WITH WORLD LEADERS, INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS IN THE UNITED STATES

The President of Liberia, George Weah will meet with world leaders and other International partners on the margin of the United Nations General Assembly which is being held in New York, according to an official at the Ministry of Information.

According to Mr. David Kolleh, Assistant Minister for Technical Services at the Ministry of Information, President Weah and his delegation will hold meetings with world leaders and other International Partners on the development of Liberia.

Mr. Kolleh stated that the Liberian leader has always put the love of his country above all and will be meeting world leaders and partners for the purpose of improving the economic situation in the country, building the capacities of the Police, the Liberian Army, education, agriculture, and the health sectors, etc.

Minister Kolleh told a Smart News Liberia interview that President Weah will also travel to Washington D.C. to hold discussions with top-level Joe Biden administration officials, as well as folks from the State Department and other bilateral partners.
