Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy recently held a telephone conversation with Liberian President Joseph Newman Boakai to discuss various pressing issues, including the upcoming Global Peace Summit.
“I spoke with Liberia’s President Joseph Boakai and informed him of the consequences of Russian aggression against Ukraine, particularly its impact on food security in Africa. I thanked Liberia for its principled stance in support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. In this context, we discussed preparations for the Global Peace Summit,” Zelenskyy shared on his Telegram channel Thursday evening.
