GRAND BASSA COUNTY, LIBERIA – The lifeless body of 18-year-old Jonathan Wheagar was discovered early this morning in the Fairgrounds Community in Buchanan.
According to reports from Ablee Jay TV, the deceased followed his friends to sleep during the night hours of Thursday, April 11, but was found dead on the bed the following morning.
The Crime Services Division of the Liberian National Police in Buchanan has assembled a 15-man jury to examine Jonathan Wheagar’s body.
Dr. Joseph Zondo of the Liberian Government Hospital was unable to determine the cause of death and has recommended an autopsy.
Eyewitnesses recounted that the deceased and his friends attended a program at Bassa High School on Wednesday before returning to a room where they all slept together. Details will follow…
