FCCI LEADS HUMANITARIAN SUPPORT IN LIBERIA

GBARNGA, BONG COUNTY – The Foundation for Children Care International ( FCCI) a non-profit Organization established in both Liberia and the United States of America is said to be leading Humanitarian activities in Liberia.

FCCI was established in June of 2020 in Liberia as a non-profit institution to help put smiles on the faces of many children whose parents can’t afford it.

On April 15, 2021, the Foundation for Children Care International was later established in Gainesville Georgia United States of America as a means of boasting more humanitarian aid across the globe.

Speaking to this paper Mr. Patrick Johnson Jr, founder and Executive Director of FCCI said his dream of establishing the not-for-profit Organization was triggered by the many calls received from Liberian parents back home.

He said FCCI with no benefits is willing and prepared to give back to society most especially the left behind Liberians.

According to Patrick, since the establishment of the institution it has contributed massively to the lives of children in Liberia.

He said FCCI as part of her mission and vision for a better Liberia has provided to over a thousand Young Liberians through copybooks, Backpacks, Wheelchairs, and Tuition aid among others.

“The institution has also been in the area of advocacy through the rights to have every Liberian child in school respected,” he added.

As part of its call to extend her services across Liberia, the Foundation for Children Care International will on December 15-24 commence her visually and verbally impaired program for Liberians in Voinjama and Zorzor Districts respectively.

He further revealed that FCCI is expected to spend a little over USD 8,125 in Lofa County, as a means of putting smiles on the faces of children living in Voinjama and Zorzor Districts.

As the vision and mission for a vibrant institution remain the most committed of the Foundation for Children Care International, the organization has promised to build a Youth and Children Development Center (YCDC).

The propose (YCDC) under the Foundation for Children Care International is estimated at 1,876,434.05 cent

Patrick Johnson Jr said the proposed YCDC project will contain a Vocational School, a Clinic, a Bible Institute, a Teacher quarter, a Radio station, a Recreation Center, a Children’s Ministry, a Dormitory among others.

The young Liberian told this paper that he and his co-workers including partners are committed to upholding the values of children living in Liberia.

FCCI has also partnered with YONER Liberia in implementing impactful projects in the lives of many qualified Liberian youth.
