About the Author: Jeremiah Edison Paye is an administrator, educator, researcher and project management consultant with over 10 years of experience in political and rights advocacy. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Liberia and has served with the House of Representatives, NDMA and NASSCORP. He currently serves as Project and Program Consultant of the National Civil Society Network of Liberia and National Secretary-General of MOVEE.
