CSA AND WORKERS’ ASSOCIATIONS FORGE PARTNERSHIP FOR ENHANCED PUBLIC SERVICE DELIVERY

MONROVIA – Recently, the Civil Service Agency (CSA) met with national workers’ associations to establish a partnership aimed at enhancing productivity in civil and public service delivery. The collaboration was solidified during a joint press conference led by the Director-General of the CSA and representatives from various workers’ associations. They reassured public and civil servants of their unwavering commitment to effective service delivery.

The press conference was attended by prominent associations, including the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia, the Civil Servants Association, the National Health Workers’ Union of Liberia, the Monrovia Consolidated School System Teachers’ Association, and the National Physicians Assistants’ Association.

This partnership aims to foster a collaborative environment where key stakeholders work together to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, ultimately benefiting the citizens and the nation as a whole.
