The incident occurred on the road leading to Monrovia, with the cement truck heading towards Buchanan City.
The driver of the ill-fated taxi cab has been identified as Abel Flomo. What makes this tragedy even more heart-wrenching is the fact that Abel Flomo is the brother of Grand Bassa County’s 4th Electoral District Representative, Alfred Flomo.
