MONROVIA, LIBERIA – According to Spoon Network, a source close to the head of the Liberian House of Representatives revealed that the fire outbreak at Speaker Fonati Koffa’s residence in Rehab may be linked to maintenance personnel previously employed by former House of Representative Speaker Bhofal Chambers.
The personnel, identified as Ben, was reportedly working in the theatre at the time the fire broke out and has since been reported missing. The Liberia National Police is currently conducting a search for him.
Additionally, it has been observed that Speaker Koffa’s home was connected to private electricity, rather than the Liberia Electricity Corporation’s supply.
