POLICE ARREST SEVEN PERSON IN CONNECTION WITH JULY 26 BLOODY VIOLENCE

Date:

The Liberia National Police have announced the arrest of seven persons in connection with the July 26 Independence Day bloody attack on university students.

Pro-government thugs-the CDC-COP on Independence Day violently attack members of the University of Liberia campus-based Student Unification Party (SUP) in a counter-protest.

SUP members were protesting in front of the United States Embassy to pressure President George Weah to arrest his officials who were indicted by the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission before they were attacked in a so-called counter-protest.
