MONROVIA – The Liberia National Police (LNP) on Monday, May 29, 2023, investigated and forwarded to court a 38-year-old man identified as Mohammed Fofana for allegedly killing his 8 months old pregnant woman, Aminata Talawally, in the Shoes Factory Community in Gardnersville.
According to the police, during the investigation, defendant Fofana attempted to deny his involvement but later admitted to the crime.
Aminata was pronounced dead by doctors at a local medical facility, upon arrival on May 17, 2023.
Defendant Fofana, according to the police charge sheet, violates Chapter 14, Section 14.1 of the revised Penal Law of Liberia.
