The C3 scholars’ appeal to Dr. Montana was uttered by Madam Hawa Kromah, who spoke on their behalf in special remarks at which time the beneficiaries praised their sponsor through the organization for the humanitarian gesture which, to date, has and continues to impart the lives of Cape Mountainians and residents in the county.
