MONROVIA – Destiny Grace Liberia, a non-profit organization, officially launched its operations on Sunday, April 27, 2025. The launch event, which also featured a fundraising rally, was held to support the organization’s scholarship initiative and its capacity-building programs for women operating small businesses across various communities in Montserrado County.
Founded in September 2022 as a faith-based group focused on soul-winning ministry in the Gardnersville Supermarket area, the organization evolved into Destiny Grace Liberia in response to the growing need to support underprivileged children and empower women entrepreneurs. The organization currently sponsors over 20 students and has conducted more than seven capacity-building workshops for women in small businesses.
Speaking during the launch, the Founder and CEO, Mr. Moison D. Sehzue, made a passionate appeal to local and international non-governmental organizations to support Destiny Grace Liberia’s vision of sponsoring over 1,000 children by 2030.
Delivering the keynote address, Hon. Papa Corneh emphasized the importance of education and pledged his commitment to supporting the organization’s efforts in improving lives through education and entrepreneurship.
