MONROVIA – Investigators in Washington DC are calling the US and Belgian legal authorities charge Mr. Hassan Bility of Global Justice Research Project in Liberia and Mr. Alain Werner of Civitas Maxima based in Switzerland with manslaughter for falsely accused Michelle Desealeer of war crime which led to Desealeer arrest and imprisonment – a situation, investigators say Desealeer couldn’t stand the shame and embarrassment from his family led him committing suicide.
The investigators are also calling on the Liberian government to revoke the registration license of Bility’s Global Justice Research Project, who they also accused of being a former ULIMO-K Operative/ ALCOP Youth Wing co-chairman, adding further that Bility is recruiting, coaching, and paying witnesses to make false statements against Liberia war actors.
According to the investigators, they unearthed through investigations Bility’s clandestine operation assisting dismissed House protocol officer Nyumah Siafia illegally secure Liberian birth certificates and passports to Liberian and non-Liberian citizens.
Accordingly, they say Mr. Bility has been involved with the recruitment of people from Guinea, Europe, United States to incriminate Liberian accused war actors along with his international partner organizations Center for Justice and Accountability California based in the USA, Civitas Maxima based in Switzerland with cases involving Jungle Jarba, Aliue Kosia, Agnes Reeves Taylor, Moses Thomas, Jankuba Fofana, Moses Wright, Kunty K, Michelle Desealeer Belgian-American citizen.
It can recalled, that Gus Kuovanhowen’s testimony, one of Bility’s coached witnesses was thrown out of the court because the court didn’t see any links liking Kuovanhowen lied that Martina Johnson, Varfley Dolleh, and the most recent on protected witness Gibrill Massaquoi, that linked them with war crimes.
The investigator also pointed out that, Bility in 2012 falsely accused Armed Forces of Liberia retired Col. Moses Thomas then Commander of the Israeli Special Anti Terrorist Unit responsible for presidential protection, and a few embassies including an Economic installation in Monrovia… Col. Thomas along with President Doe planned the St. Peter Lutheran Church massacred, unfortunately for Bility and his so-called NGO’s the late Bishop Joseph Ronald Diggs, former Bishop of the Lutheran Church when he was alive wrote a letter informing the world that Moses Thomas was never directly or indirectly involved with the Lutheran Church massacred. The Bishop’s written communication, investigators say in their possession.
The issue former Interim President of Liberia, Dr. Amos Sawyer wrote refuting Bility’s allegation, saying that Moses Thomas was never involved with the Lutheran Church Massacred July 29, 1990.
Bility also accused Col. Moses Wright who was caught up in Camp Scheffflin with advancing NPFL forces from the Robertsfield front Towel Hill under command Commanding Officer Edward Mlehn militarily that maneuvered his troop into Kaynah Town Bonja, Catherine Mills Rehabilitation road, with AFL in the Middle then where Col Wright penetrate those NPFL forces in getting to Sinkor then to the St. Peters Lutheran Church.
“It is an open secret that Col. Michael Younbue Tailey and Major George Sluward Dweh’s death squads conducting all of the killings in the Sinkor area including their team members documented by manes, at the same time NPFL Mount Barclay, Pipeline, Johnsonville Somalia drive front lines kept the Camp 72nd, ELBC, SKD Blvd, TB Annex, Jacob Town, Victory Chapel, Telecom, Dupport & GSA Rd and MVTC Under firepower,” investigators say.
In fact, after the phase of the war, the St. Peter Lutheran Church itself as an institution conducted its investigation at the time Cllr. Jerome J Verdier, one of Liberia’s best legal scholars as part of the investigation; at that time he was head of the Lutheran Church school board.
“Bility lies… he lied to make money out of the Liberian people’s blood. Bility also lied by producing two false witnesses, Morris Jarbateh and Alieu Kanneh in a British authority under oath to accuse Liberian war actors”.
