LIBERIA: POLICE LAUNCH MANHUNT FOR MAN WHO ATTACKED GIRLFRIEND WITH ACID

In a disturbing turn of events, police authorities in Klay District, Bomi County have launched an intense manhunt for a man believed to be in his 30s and known as Momo Konnah. He is on the run for allegedly dousing his former girlfriend with acid after she reportedly refused to continue their long-term relationship.

The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, suffered severe burns on her entire body as a result of the acid attack. She is currently receiving medical treatment, and the extent of her injuries is yet to be determined.

The incident has sparked outrage and condemnation from the local community, with many calling for swift justice for the victim. The police are urging anyone with information about the whereabouts of Momo Konnah to come forward and assist in the manhunt.
