MONROVIA – The Liberia National Police is seeking the whereabouts of Owen Nobel, an employee of Liberia Core Logistics, located on Capital Bye Pass, Monrovia. On April 6, 2024, Owen allegedly stole the company’s white Toyota Land Cruiser Pick-up with plate # A69639 and went into hiding.
