MONROVIA – The founder and executive director of the Business for Peace Community Development Foundation (B4P CODEFOUND), Madam Lindora Howard-Diawara, and delegation today arrived in Liberia from the United States and Canada to attend a conference on women.
Madam Howard-Diawara accompanied by her husband, Hon. Sidi Diawara expected to participate in the two-day women’s conference to be held in Gbarnga, Bong County.
In Gbarnga also, the B4P CODEFOUND executive director is expected to launch Liberia’s component of the Business for Peace Community Development Foundation.
The conference in Gbarnga is under the theme: Strengthening Women and Youth Positions for Collective Action in Fostering Peace and Development at Local and National Levels in Liberia.
Delegates from Monteserrado, Bomi, Lofa, Margibi, Nimba, and Grand Bassa Counties are in Gbarnga to form part of the program…
According to the Communication Consultant of B4P CODEFOUND Thomas Mulbah, while in Liberia, Madam Diawara is expected to appear on ECOWAS RADIO 91.5, Tuesday, May 30, to explain her foundation’s vision… accordingly, she is also expected to meet and hold talks with both governmental and non-governmental officials.
