MONROVIA – The Office of the President of the Republic of Liberia has released a statement indicating that His Excellency Joseph Nyuma Boakai suffered heat exhaustion during the inaugural ceremonies on January 22, 2024.
However, his medical team has confirmed that he is in good health and has resumed his regular duties.
The President is expected to hold meetings with the Ghanaian President and other notable dignitaries as scheduled. The announcement was made by Charles Snetter from the Office of the President.
