MONROVIA – Biomedical Scientist and Inventor, Dr. Dougbeh Chris Nyan, M.D., the newly appointed Director-General of the National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL), will serve as the Commencement Convocation Speaker for the University of Liberia’s College of Science and Technology, College of Agriculture, and Sinje Technical College.
