PRESIDENT WEAH MAKES NOMINATIONS IN SINOE COUNTY LOCAL GOVERNMENT

MONROVIA – The President of the Republic, H E. Dr. George Manneh Weah made several appointments in government, affecting the local administration of Sinoe County.

The nominations made on Thursday, February 23, 2023, are subject to confirmation by the Honorable Liberian Senate where applicable.

Those nominated are George Siehtoe, Relieving Commissioner; Johnson W. Dargbeh, Superintendent of Dugbe River Statutory District; Patrick N. Nyenkan, Development Superintendent of Dugbe River Statutory District; James S. Nagbe, Commissioner of Nakay Administrative District; Jefferson T. Wleh, Township Commissioner of Swen-Wiah Township; K. Tweh Slewion, Township Commissioner of Gbattah Township, and Kennedy M. Sarkor, Township Commissioner of Koffa Chea Township, Dugbe River Statutory District.

Others appointed by President Weah are John Lurma, Township Commissioner of Gmakarkpor Township; Andrew T. Botoe, District Project Planner of Dugbe River Statutory District; Freeman Toe-Wion, Sr., District Farm Inspector of Jaedae Statutory District; Adolphus B. Doe, City Mayor of Tuzonburg City; Alfred D. Wea, District Project Planner of Jaedae Statutory District; Sartee Nunneh, Township Commissioner of Dubukon Administrative District; and Jerry Kartay, Commissioner of Dubukon Administrative District, Jedepo Statutory District.

President Weah also appointed Eddison Manneh, Commissioner of Jorboh Administrative District; Milton P. Tumor, Township Commissioner of Martuken Township; Isaiah K. Jaychenneh, Township Commissioner of Jokoken Township; Monroe Weah, District Relieving Commissioner of Jedepo Statutory District; Johnny Wion, District Farm Inspector of Jedepo Statutory District; and Milton Sayee, District Project Planner of Jedepo Statutory District.

Also included in the local administration of Sinoe County are Lesily Jeadepo, Township Commissioner of Swen-Dubue Township, and Paul K. Wesseh, City Mayor of Joko-Creek City; Cyrus S. Nyenkan, City Mayor of Kayjliken City; Bedjue Maccully, District Traffic Judge of Jedepo Statutory District; Stannard F. Gbaley, Superintendent of Juahzon Statutory District; and Stanley T. Tuolee, District Relieving Commissioner of Juarzon Statutory District.

Appointments are also made of Oldma Bility, District Project Planner of Juarzon Statutory District; Harry Dorbor, District Farm Inspector of Juarzon Statutory District; Nathan P. Cooper, District Traffic Judge of Juarzon Statutory District; and Henry Sohn, Stipendiary Magistrate of Juarzon Statutory District.

President Weah also named Atty. Alfred Maxwell Teahjay, Monthly & Probate Court Judge of Tarjuowon Statutory District; Eva K. Tulay, District Project Planner of Tarjuowon Statutory District; Polson Tarley, Commissioner of Needweh Township; Aaron Powo, City Mayor of Barloh City; Col. Lloyd B. Togba, Traffic Judge of Tarjuowon Statutory District; and Solomon K. George, Commissioner of Myersville Township.

The Sinoe County local administration appointees also include Amos Karweel, District Relieving Commissioner of Sanquin Statutory District; Neoh Parwoo, District Farm Inspector of Seekon Statutory District; Gabriel Charles of Relieving Commissioner of Seekon Statutory District; Elijah Z. Wlue, Commissioner of Juboe District; David Saydee, Commissioner of Plansonjah District; P. Richard Nagbe, District Project Planner of Seekon Statutory District; and Amos Barh, District Farm Inspector of Wacaba Statutory District.

President Weah also nominated Tolbert Seeyon, District Project Planner of Wacaba Statutory District; Nunu C. Broh, Relieving Commissioner of Kpanyan Statutory District; Stephen Wion, Commissioner of Planson County District; Lawrence K. Kugmeh, District Project Planner of Kpanyan Statutory District; Martin Teah, Township Commissioner of Dorbor Town,  Numpoh District; and Ellis D. Koffa, Aide De-Camp to the President.

The Liberian Leader’s nomination of Sinoe County local administration also included F. Bleedy Nimely, City Mayor of Tubmanville City; Comfort Nardoh, District Farm Inspector of Kpanyan Statutory District; Madison K.Togba, Traffic Judge of Kpanyan Statutory District; Atty. Solomon T. Wiah, District Judge of Kpanyan Statutory District; Joseph James, Commissioner of Longville Township; Anthony Tweh, Commissioner of Dorgboh Township; Junior Jargbah, County Farm Inspector of Sinoe County; Lawrence B. Charity, Jr., Commissioner of Lower Juarzon County District; Vester W. Jardiah, Commissioner of Upper Juarzon County District; and Elijah Karpeh, Commissioner of Central Juarzon County District.
